I Fell In Love Again

Running away in madness
I crossed the line
away from the lost love
which could be mine

far from the kingdom of devils
to the land of unknown
ready to loose my identity
& loose everything I've owned

walked towards the shore
to let ocean swallow my soul
open myself to the death
which was never my goal

just before I could reach the end
i found someone in my way
gently looked at my tired face
& held me beofore i was taken away

an innocent face
a killing smile
hands of love
a moment worthwhile

she said, where are you going
cant you see that i am here
to love you and hold you
whenever you think your end is near

i know you're hurt
but so am i
if you can get love from me
why cant i?

in the deepest darkest night

and the strength to fight

from someone who has lots of it

as her beauty & words passed me by
kept looking at her so quietly

i think i met life at the end of it
