Butterfly

A simple word but an in-depth meaning
Well, it seems like I really am dreaming
But NO, it is something this time I know for sure
With a heart full of desires and passions so pure.

Its like a sudden change in all equations of life
One finally gets overwhelmed of his innermost strife
The whole world has changed, as it has never been
The first time in my life, I have seen the unseen!

Cares and worries were always part of my life
They always started with every sunny day
However, now I got something so precious with me
That I no longer care for hurdles in my way!

Oh! I forgot to tell you about the word
That sounds so simple and yet leaves such Deep Impact
"Transition" is what I have gone through my friends
That has kept my splitting world intact!

However there are somethings that never change
No matter how hard one really tries to
So, bear with me my dear friends
If u find a pessimist in the next line or two!

I have a sweet Butterfly in my life
Which always encircles me and cheers me up
The moment she finds me in trouble or sorrow
Quietly comes in my dreams and says "Shut Up!"

But this butterfly has to save the world
To sprinkle happiness and remove all dismay
The harder I try to catch her everytime
The farther she keeps flying away!

And the day this buterfly flies out of reach
Will be the day when this flower dies
No hopes, no dreams, a total void

and no one to listen to its cries
